Melrose United Church
Built in 1929 and located on the northeast corner of Homewood and Locke. One of Locke Street's many beautiful churches.
From the Church's website (http://www.melroseunited.ca/history/index.php)
"Melrose derives its name and appearance from Melrose Abbey in Scotland. The congregation was founded on November 13th, 1925 with the amalgamation of Charlton Avenue Methodist Church and Westmount Presbyterian Church. The building was subsequently opened on March 31st, 1929."
