Set in over 8 acres of lawns and forest on the outskirts of Dundas, the house was completed in 1972. A wide deck surrounds the house and features an integrated bench, something the owner wanted so guests at larger outdoor gatherings would all have a place to sit and to enjoy different park-like and forest views of the property. Inside, the walls are either glass or clear pine panelling, each piece hand sorted by the owner on-site. The home features an L-shaped dining and living room combination with a kitchen that overlooks the dining room. The other side of the house contains an open concept office space and three bedrooms. The kitchen features original Hanover Eurostyle cabinets that feature polished teak doors.
